Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the 60-Day AI Automation Blueprint Service ("Service") provided by DataReplies Ltd. ("Provider") to the client ("Client"). By purchasing or engaging in the Service, the Client agrees to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

The Service includes:

• Collaborative Discovery: A comprehensive analysis of inefficiencies and growth opportunities in the Client's operations.

• Tailored System Design: Development and implementation of 1 AI-driven automation systems (e.g., lead follow-ups, CRM updates, client onboarding).

• The AI Automation Blueprint covers 1 primary system agreed upon during discovery (max of 6 steps and 3 third party integrations max).

• Centralized Analytics Dashboard: Creation of a reporting tool with AI-powered insights for operational clarity.

• Post-Launch Support: Ongoing optimizations and refinements for 30 days after implementation to ensure smooth operations.

The Service duration is 30 days of implementation followed by 30 days of support and adjustments, starting from the date of onboarding.

2. Performance Guarantee

The Provider guarantees measurable improvements within agreed metrics (e.g., time savings, workflow efficiency, lead response improvements).

• If agreed metrics are not met due to factors within the Provider’s control, the Provider will extend the post-launch support period at no extra cost.

• The guarantee is void if the Client fails to provide timely access, approvals, or assets needed for execution.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of the Service, the Client agrees to:

• Provide timely access to required platforms and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics tools).

• Respond promptly to the Provider’s requests for approvals, information, or materials.

• Ensure the quality and functionality of their existing systems or processes, as these impact automation effectiveness.

4. Payment Terms

• The Service fee is $795 (after a promotional discount of 70%), payable upfront.

• Payment must be received before the Service begins.

• Alternatively, the Service fee can be paid in two equal installments of $397.50 each, with 0% interest.

  • The first instalment is due before the Service begins.

  • The second instalment is due 30 days after the Service start date.

• Additional services beyond the agreed scope will be invoiced separately, with Client approval.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the Service, refunds are not offered. Instead, the Provider offers the Performance Guarantee described in Section 2.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, automation workflows, strategies, and business insights.

7. Limitations of Liability

The Provider is not responsible for:

• External factors beyond their control, such as third-party platform outages, algorithm changes, or data breaches.

• Client-side issues, such as unresponsive leads, outdated software, or lack of follow-through on implemented systems.

• Loss of revenue or other damages related to the Client’s business operations.

The Provider’s total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees paid for the Service.

8. Termination

The Provider reserves the right to terminate the agreement under the following conditions:

• Lack of communication from the Client for more than 7 days.

• Violation of terms by the Client.

• Mutual agreement between both parties.

If the agreement is terminated due to the Client’s failure to comply with these Terms, no refunds will be issued.

9. Our Commitment

We believe in delivering transparent, effective solutions without the fluff. Our mission is to drive measurable results and create a seamless experience for our clients.

10. Amendments

The Provider reserves the right to update these Terms. Any changes will be communicated to the Client and will apply to future engagements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.

12. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Provider and the Client regarding the Service and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing the 60-Day AI Automation Service, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
